Default Setting Panel - Chart Control

>> To access a control's configuration features:

Open the control's default settings panel by clicking on the cog icon.

Note: The cog icon is only visible in configurable mode.
The default is for the website to not be in configurable mode.
The session setting can be changed in the  Settings Page.
