Purpose:
A filter restricts information being displayed or reported to a useful sub-set (e.g. show me only information for time of use sites for the corporate service business group).
Note: Filters only affect what is shown in the Data Section. The Reporting Section has its own filters.

You are encouraged to make extensive use of the filter, and make a habit of applying filters as a first step in any analysis or reporting process.
